DRAKEN II - Memory Loss

Memory Loss is a solo exhibition by artist Adam Shiu-Yang Shaw. After departing from Stockholm in 2016, a body of work was left to be stored. Now transposed to a new repository, still partially concealed, the act of excavation unveils remnants of a recent past. Spectral yet pacified, unfinished yet subdued.

Memory loss is part of the exhibition series DRAKEN II, which took place in Pelican Self Storage at Fridhemsplan in Stockholm. The framework is a reiteration of an automated exhibition concept from 2017, where coyote and groupware curated exhibitions in storage rooms located in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Made in collaboration with groupware.
